You can start out by walking, even 10 minutes a day. Good luck to you. You can do it for a healthy life ahead!
donbt eat very many fatty foods if the fat on the box says over 20 dont eat it also try to saty away from MSG this will give you major headaches also try to exersise alot so just take a walk or even get a few yoga video’s they are fun. If you play a sport then that is good exersise and dont try to be skinny if your not. (this leads to eating disorders).
Veggies of different color, sounds funny but each have a positive reaction in your body. Almonds, walnuts, even peanut butter in moderation. Fruits of course and above all fish as a main course for your meals, Salmon and even Tuna can be easy for a lunch. Wheat bread instead of white bread. Lots of other things but these are what first comes to mind. Ohh and blueberries are suppose to be extremely good for you.
