lol what is with this dude and protein powder
5:15 Wow, Hans needs to purify his taste buds! Oatmeal with protein powder is delicious!
mate, so much powder puts a lot of strain on your kidneys and liver…
Good video about eating just one concern. I wouldn’t keep 2 liter bottles of water to drink in the trunk of your car. When its hot all kinds of chemicals will leach out of the plastic bottles. I wouldn’t reuse plastic bottles either.
wouldnt the food become nasty in your trunk during the summer when it get really hot?
that protein powder is like crack!
every time he mentions it it reminds me of him doing a line!
hahahah hahahaahahah
ok ummmm is protrin powder safe for teens and is there any risks
lines of crack… lol

u r the first youtube guy who showed his meal plan .thanks
@The4buster Don’t over take protein powder, some research say it will cause kidney stone. In general, 1g of protein powder for each kg of your body weight is a safe start (i believe you can take more if you work out).
Damn, he eats a lot of protein XD Would anyone happen to know about how many cals this whole meal plan is?
scooby never wears a shirt loool
I personally am a huge fan of cottage cheese, however it has a lot of fat in it, but I feel that the protein in it kind of out weighs the fat part, do you ever eat cottage cheese or no?
i think he’s great, really!!!
this guy is just two funny driving without a shirt and do you really have to add protein to everything… really appreciate you taking to show us what to keep cause i really have no idea and struggling
@tam705618 Consuming an excess of ANYTHING will kill you, even water. You could die of eating too much protein regardless of the source – meat, dairy, or whey. Singling out protein powder as ‘dangerous’ is unjustified and completely unsupported. I’m a pseudo-vegetarian and rely heavily upon dairy whey for my protein needs.
