how do you prevent getting bloated? i don’t eat too much at one time but i drink lots of water. could too much water be the cause?

@sMezzzie Do you eat a lot of salty foods? If so try to cut down on salts and sugars, cause they make you retain water, and maybe try one of those yogurts that help your digestive system and bowel movement.

@Yesenia0710 i heard that by rubbing used coffee grounds for at least 4 weeks on your problem areas will help reduce the appearance of cellulite b/c the caffeine in it helps circulate the blood flow, or something like that. I haven’t tried it, but I’ve listened to numerous fitness trainers say this.
@Yesenia0710 I’m sorry, but the only way to get rid of cellulite (naturally) is to lose weight and to tone your muscle groups (I’m guessing around the legs and ass). Unfortunately, weight loss isn’t specific; you lose fat wholistically, your body grabs fatty tissue when it needs it throughout your whole body, you can’t tell it to just get it from one part of your body.
