chocolate milk good recovery drink even if i already drink milk for breakfast?
Im doing the p90x and the trainer is always stressing a good recovery drink. Im not very comfortable buying shakes at the store because im not sure which one would be the best for me so i looked online and found out that chocolate milk can be a great recovery drink. Im hispanic and I drink milk with coffee every morning. Would this help heal my muscles and be the 4:1 ratio im looking for or would it be more calories than anything else since i alreadry drink in the morning?
milk is excellent to drink after a workout b/c it does this wierd thing with insulin to help transport nutrients to your muscles faster.
